Springtime Sunday Tai Chi

Are you interested in learning about the Chinese art of Tai Chi? Join us for weekly instruction by Master Gang Huang, who specializes in helping novices learn this fascinating martial art form. Proficient in many styles of Tai Chi, including Chen and Yang, Master Huang enjoys teaching people about the many health and wellness benefits of Tai Chi and will lead us in learning the basic aspects of traditional practice. These free classes are open to all abilities. No registration required.

Our presenter:  Gang Huang is a long-time NJ resident and life-long student of Tai Chi.  He has trained with well-known Grand Masters and competes in international competitions where he has won numerous awards.  He teaches different styles of Tai Chi at the beginner and intermediate level in Central NJ.

This program will be held upstairs in the F.M. Kirby Gallery.
